We have the capacity to tailor individual requirements to our clients. Chat with the team to talk about what you need and we will endeavour to assist where possible.
All staff are required to complete annual mandatory training in order to work for Ontime Healthcare and engagement in ongoing professional development is encouraged.
Training for PCAs includes manual handling, basic life support, fire and emergency procedures, hand hygiene and mandatory reporting (elder abuse).
Training for nursing staff includes infection control, occupational violence and advanced life support in addition to those listed above.
Ontime Healthcare do not permit staff to work if trainings are expired and the database in use ensures compliance with this.
Yes, all Ontime Healthcare staff are vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza in line with government requirements. No staff member can be onboarded without these and are automatically suspended if they expire.
Ontime Healthcare can provide you with compliance documentation if requested.
